- olive oil and avocados,
- caffeinated beverages and energy drinks.
- dark chocolate,
- a six-ounce sirloin steak,
- vanilla ice cream,
- a bottle of wine.
- brazil nuts,
- liver,
- frozen peaches,
- donuts and fries.
- sunflower seeds,
- spinach and beans,
- red wine and grape juice,
- sweet potatoes, and
- coffee.
- PB & J or pasta,
- pork tenderloin,
- pineapple and papaya,
- milk, and
- coffee.
